bought for 95 yo dad who was able to master and enroute to convalescent home. many dont provide phones or TVs so we read reviews n chose this flip phone. came w/usb cabe n charger nib. cant beat the price. i added 3rd line to family acct w/ATT. they inserted free SIM card n gave us a new number for it. we were all set. dads calling us daily on it, its working well.

The phone is exactly like the old one and operates the same way. It was sold to me for $72.09 for some reason. She dropped the old one once on a tile floor and loosened the internal antenna, after that it kept dropping calls. The new one works good as long as she doesn't drop it.

We got this phone for my daughter a year ago and it has worked fine. It's not hard to send a text but typing it out is arduous. Making and answering phone calls is fine. It's a good phone if you don't need to send a lot of long complicated texts, and if you just need to make occasional calls. Don't expect anything from the other features.
