I ordered this product after a lot of thought about adopting a proper garment steamer and wasn't sure about the ease of use and the size and bulkiness against using a standard steam iron. I must say that firstly, I was glad to see a perfect packaging and a very easy to assemble guidelines which kind of sets the mood to start off with.
I haven't used it much yet but it has been doing it's job the way I had expected it to. For sure, a 5 star product for now !

This is beyond amazing! My favorite new product. I was using the hand-held steamers before and kept having to refill. They would spit water all over my clothes. This steamer is fantastic - I can do 20 pieces and still have enough water to do more. It makes no noise. No spitting water. Heavy duty. LOVE it.
Once I had it assembled it worked great. I used it to steam my curtain panels ...

I was a little intimidated putting it together. Once I had it assembled it worked great. I used it to steam my curtain panels that are approx 6 ft and there are 14 of them. It is great for big jobs if you are looking for something to just do one shirt I would recommend the the elite portable steamer that is also made by PurSteam.
If you want a great alternative to the ironing board and iron, look no more!

This product is worth every last penny you spend for it. What I like is that I no longer have to be taking out the ironing board. This past time I washed, anything that came out of the dryer looking wrinkled, I used the steamer to steam the wrinkles out. It worked great! The steamer has four different levels of steam so that you can use it on all types of fabrics. I will say that I still had to iron out a couple of garments that were beyond wrinkled and the fabric was heavy duty cotton; however, it didn't take as long to iron them. Overall, this was worth the price! I highly recommend it!

I love the safety cap! The fact that it has an adjustable heating levels is wonderful. Did I mention how fast it heated up and stayed hot. It has a clothes hanger that makes steaming a breeze. I used the fabric brush on my furniture with great results. This steamer works great in the kitchen, bathroom, furniture and clothes. One appliance does so much!!!
