Does bolt directly in place of the factory warn unit. Large lug color coding matches. Only issue I found was the small bullet connectors were backwards. These come from your rocker switch and while it did function, in was out and out was in. I just crimped new ones on to align with the factory wiring and things are as they should be. Could have left it, but ocd..

The green and black wire connectors are reversed female and male ends compared to the stock winch connectors. Not a lot of wire to cut, reverse and splice. If this is a common issue, it needs to be corrected.
