received the product, its very nice but the pedal came damaged. i called customer support and they sent the pedal and arm very quick. for the price its worth it. i love that it has pedals that accommodate clip ons as well as regular tennis shoes. bought cell and ipad mounts to use for utube spinning classes.

Super easy to put together "” excellent instructions. Lots of adjustments are possible, this makes just right for many sizes. So far so good.

I am a gearhead, so I know bikes (stationary, road and mountain) and this is one tough-built bike. I'd be reluctant to give a bike 5 stars this early in my usage (less than 3 hours) but this is why I have done so: The speed sensor ceased to communicate with the console near the end of my second 45 minute ride and I contacted Schwinn. Their customer service was simply amazing. A very small problem, but the CS agent went above and beyond both with her handling of me and with her diagnosis. She insisted on shipping me a new sensor, despite the fact that I got it working again during our phone call. She also stated that their service records indicated they had not encountered this problem previously (the model has been in service for almost a year and a half). I believe it - as I stated earlier, this thing's built tough. So, bottom line; the bike is clearly tough as nails and the warranty service is as good as it gets. Combine that with the price and it's a no-brainer. So glad I pulled the trigger on this rather than buy the health-club-quality model, as is my usual practice.

We absolutely love this bike! The ride is so smooth and it adjusts for me who is 5'1 to my husband who is 6'2

First I want to say that I spent a month trying to get this bike directly from Schwinn and they did not have it in stock or know when they would get it in stock. I finally googled the bike and found it on Amazon. I wanted this brand because it's what they use at my gym for the spinning class and I wanted this model in particular (IC3) because the weight to the wheel is as close to the bike used at my gym as well.

That said this bike is worth every penny that I paid for it. From top to bottom it is made extremely well. The seat is super comfortable and I have taken many spinning classes in my day. I did not even need to put my gel seat on it. The bike is adjustable to fit your frame. The LCD console is great, you can track RPM's, calories, distance, time, speed... The base is adjustable to make for a more stable ride. I am super impressed and super happy with my purchase. My 1st workout was amazing. This is not a standard bike by any means. Definitely worth the purchase for anyone especially the serious spinning cyclist. I highly recommend this bike.
