Quality not thin but a little small for men.

The quality of this robe is excellent for the money. It's a Unisex one size and it's just a tiny bit small for me. I'm 6' 225lbs and it fits but won't close completely. It also is a bit short if you need something to go almost to the floor.
However if you are looking for a good cape for a costume that you don't want to completely conceal and is above your ankles this would be perfect.
I'm very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of it, and would purchase again.

The material is substantial; you can't see through it at all, and it has a good weight to it. That being said, it is satin so it's not very warm in cold temperatures, and it will trap body heat in warm temperatures (or if you're sweaty). Note the length of the cape; if you're planning on purchasing and hemming (which I did), the material is a nightmare to work with. I had to iron it all out first, and once you cut it, it just comes apart and leaves fine spiderwebs of thread everywhere. I had planned on sewing and cutting arm holes so that it would wear more like a cloak instead of a cape, but that just didn't happen because the material was annoying to work.

A lot of good fabric, really substantial especially if you consider the lining. I"m 5'6" and it grazed the ground. Hubbs is 6 foot, and it left few inches of feet/ankle showing. The fabric is not sheer or stretchy, a good tight weave with quite a sheen. The red lining is certainly on the scarlet end of the red spectrum rather than crimson, but it's not orange as one reviewer stated. The drawstring/neckline is well constructed though I plan to add a frog closure on this for looks. The hood is very roomy. If I remember, I'll post photos once I am done embellishing it for cosplay.

I'm very pleased with the quality for the super affordable price. The cape is floor length on me at 5'7". Nice that it's fully reversible. It's getting 4 stars because the red color is closer to orange.
