I prefer the feel of 100% cotton. Yes, they are old fashioned, but not slippery or damp.
I am very pleased with the sheets. One minor issue, but not life threatening, the colors are not as vivid as the photo provided.

Pros: This is a very pretty set of sheets which appeals to my inner "romantic" self. The print is very pretty and looks just like the photos provided. The fitted sheet fits well over my thicker mattress (15 inch including topper) and could likely do another inch or two without issue. There are some sweet little details, like contrasting piping along the edges of the fitted sheet, the bows on the pillow cases, and the delicate lace along the edges of the ruffled top sheet. (I turn the top sheet so that the ruffle goes around edges and across the top and I tuck the non-ruffled edge under at the bottom of the bed.) The pillow cases seem fairly generous lengthwise. They fit on my slightly oversized memory foam pillow lengthwise, but they are a bit tight height wise.

Cons: These sheets are a very thin material. You can see the flowers from the fitted sheet through the top sheet. I have some other sheet sets that are similar in style from another company, and they are much thicker and heavier. These are closer to a microfiber thickness. I am not sure how long they will last. There is also a matter of the odd construction. As another reviewer mentioned, the top sheet appears to be made of two smaller sections with a lacy seam connecting them. This is a bit odd, as the lace trimmed seam literally rund horizontally across the middle of the sheet. With sheets printed on one side, I usually turn the printed side down so I can flip the pretty ruffles back over the bedspread to be admired, but in this case, I am unable to do so due to the lacy seam that would be rubbing against my skin if I were to do so. Not sure what the purpose of this seam might be....

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, but I still prefer the thicker sheets I have from another vendor.

These are soft, gorgeous, and very well made. I am really picky about sheets and I LOVE these.

If you're on the fence... do it! They're not cheap but they are beautiful

They are perfect for me. Beautiful and so soft. For anyone with a thicker mattress, these will fit without the fitted sheet coming off the corners. Trying to find sheets that fit my new mattress has been challenging, until now.

I love how roomy they are. Easy to put on the mattress. It would make it easier if they were labeled with foot or head tags. Love the fabric and pattern.
