Kong is much softer. Packaging is a joke.

Its good and bad, the bristles on Kong brand(on the right) is much softer and more widely spread out, so its a lot easier to get hair out but at the same time it doesn't trap the hair as well as this one.
My 3 cats, two like the Kong and one seems more tolerant to this one.
The packaging is pathetic, its those hard plastic cover that you'll have to destroy to open, we should not see this type of package in 2023 already, the name "frustrating free packaging" is created for a reason"¦
