Haven't bought this off Amazon (if anyone is paying $73 for one small tub of this they're being seriously ripped off. It's MUCH more affordable at Whole Foods), but it's my favorite of the non-dairy sour creams I've tried (and I've tried many name brand ones).

It doesn't taste like sour cream, but it has the consistency (once it gets a little warm) and gives off the creamy texture I miss from sour cream in stews etc. It's the least offensive in taste compared to other brands, my husband (one blessed with the ability to eat loads of dairy without consequence) will eat it when he doesn't have the dairy stuff, which he refused to do with other brands.
I prefer it over the coconut/other nut brands since I can use it for savory dishes without altering flavors much!
