Chronic Pain Skeptic Happy to be Proven Wrong!
Mare✓ Verified Purchase•July 4, 2023
I can't believe I found something that works for my pain! Better yet, it isn't difficult to apply and doesn't burn my eyes or require a gas mask to apply. They claim it smells good and somehow, it really does. In my experience products that have a nice fragrance are ineffective, and those that do work make me stink like something living in a hospital basement feeding on menthol.
When I found this after hours of searching online and reading reviews, trying to figure out the best kind of pain this works for, I decided to take the plunge. I've had terrible luck with topical creams helping my chronic pain so I'm a huge skeptic and the fact they said this stuff smells good made me even more doubtful!
This is easy to apply as it comes out like a thick gel and you can smear it on and go, or take the time to massage it in (not sure this makes it work better but of course it feels better!). It does work quickly and when I apply a decent amount can get relief for several hours. I especially like applying it before bed because my pain often keeps me up.
I have chronic pain in my neck and back due to cervical spine bone spurs and degenerative disc disease. Thanks a lot, early onset arthritis! This works wonders for me. I also have leg pain and swelling from venous insufficiency & dysautonomia (POTS). When I've been standing too much during the day or my legs are cramping & restless, I reach for this tube. Sometimes I'll apply it to my legs before I put on my compression stockings, which I feel makes it more therapeutic & effective. I don't think this gel helps with the swelling but it does knock the pain right down.
I've used arnica, tiger balm, a bunch of arthritis creams, the typical mentol stuff, icy hot, etc. My top 3 favorites are Real Time, Topricin, and Penetrex. I use Topricin a lot on my feet (plantar fascitis) and because Penetrex is costly for the amount, I save it for my worst pain days. Real Time is my pick for frequent, daily use. I've used it for varied pain all over my body and never had an issue! I rubbed some on my husband's shoulders after he made the mistake of doing some mechanical tinkering on his car following an arm workout and he was impressed as well. I haven't seen this stuff sold in stores so I'll keep buying it on Amazon. Affordable, ships fast, and honestly for how well this works I would be happy to pay even more for it.
For my fellow chronic pain sufferers, I hope this works for you as well as it has for me!

LARGER 7OZ TUBE IS MUCH THINNER THAN ORIGINAL 4 OZ TUBE
Sasr24✓ Verified Purchase•May 17, 2023
PROS - Using the smaller, 4 oz tube, the product odor is pleasant. Within minutes, there is a cooling effect which helps and gives me relief in my neck and shoulders. The odor isn't lingering so I can put it on, then go to bed and my sheets don't seem to absorb the odor. Also, within an hour I can go somewhere and not feel like everyone can smell it. I really like using it and will continue to do so. Be sure to wash your hands after applying it and don't accidentally touch your eyes.
CONS - I usually buy the 4 oz tube. It's thick enough when it comes out not to spill or drip. Twice now, I have purchased the larger 7 oz tube because it is a better buy. The first time I received it, I noticed it was a LOT thinner than the smaller tube. I thought it was odd, but decided it was just a bad batch. Recently I ordered another large tube and again it is thinner and I have to be careful how I hold the tube. It comes out faster, too much at times. it's so much thinner that if you hold the tube tilted at all, it begins to drip out. See the picture I've included. It's obvious that the amount on the left is from the smaller tube. It actually peaked a little when I squeezed it out. The amount on the right is from the larger tube. It's very flat and even the color is more transparent. I suspect it's been watered down. Also, the intensity is not as strong as the smaller tube. It's disappointing this company would do this. Not sure I will purchase it again for this reason alone because you should be able to trust this product to be the same in either size. If I do buy it again, I will stick to the smaller tube.
