I have heard how good collagen is for your body and I honestly wanted to try but I didn't know where to start. This was a good way to start for me because I actually didn't know how will it taste. What intrigued me the most is that is consider protein and I'm not saying is dietetic but it sure makes you not be hungry for sometime during the day. I mix it in a bottle of water 2 tsp and surprisingly it doesn't taste bad it taste like lemonade which is my favorite flavor. It dissolves fast and no residues on the bottom of the bottle, and even though the powder is white when you mix it in the water it turns a soft pink. I need my nails and hair to grow and although is too soon for me to see results I'm hoping that in the long run I will see some. I will keep on taking it and see what kind of results I get.
