Unfortunately, the product arrived in a beat up, torn up box and product doesn't stand straight, it tilts to one side.
The product was used, the rubber was dirty, sticky and ripped.
Product had previously been used and sold as new.

I have a different one that stopped working but had flat lying pads and worked great!

Pads that touch the pot bottom are at an angle and don't lay flat so the unit doesn't move at all. I have a different one that stopped working but had flat lying pads and worked great!
