This bag is awesome! I'm not sure what some of the reviews are referring to regarding the straps--perhaps they changed the model, because my straps are adjustable and can be worn really tight to the back or lower. (received March 2, 2018) I am 5-6 and 130 pounds for reference and feel like the straps work really well and would work well for someone smaller. This backpack is big and beautiful! Really nice quality and super chic. Excited to have a cool diaper bag for baby #2, after learning my lesson with #1 that a messenger style tote bag wasn't very user friendly when you walk a lot, or wear baby a lot in the ergo, not to mention it swinging around and smacking my kid all the time. Backpacks all the way!

Cutest backpack and I love all the big pockets! I've been looking for a cute backpack that fit my s'well water bottles and this one fit both my 17oz and 25oz! I love how spacious the front smaller zipped compartment is, the zipper side pocket is nice to slide my phone in or something, and the big compartment with its inner pockets was terrific because I can separate my little items from everything else. The rearmost zipper that contained the changing pad was good to store my laptop! I actually am not an expecting mom or current mom but I use this for school and nobody noticed! Haha. This backpack is great for anyone who likes to be organized.

I love this backpack! It's cute and stylish and has a great huge main compartment. A large back compartment for wipes and etc.. it fits a laptop and or tablet. The front pocket is large enough for a phone, wallet, lipstick etc.. The reason this has 4 stars Is because I would really like to see a thermal pocket somewhere in this bag. Maybe on the side bottle pocket? I really feel like it should be insulated. So great bag but no insulated pocket. Love the bag all around.

Got my bag today! I was so excited to get it in the mail and guys this bag is everything! I had bought it for me and my two toddlers and I'm sure moms of two small toddlers know a shoulder bag is not convenient. It's bigger than I thought, but what I love about it is for one it doesn't look like your typical diaper bag with Disney characters on it, it's very stylish and cute! Another thing is it has lots of space for things, the front pocket is big enough for all your mommy essentials, the main big pocket is very big and roomy! The last big pocket on the back of the bag has lots of space for diapers or really anything! Can even keep electronics in this pocket. This bag also comes with a change pad which I liked. It's nothing fancy but it does the job. Another feature I liked was it came with stroller straps to hang off the stroller or shopping cart 🛒 when you get tired of it being on your back. It has a ton of features to it that I loved. Definitely worth the buy!

As a first time mom, I wanted something cute, yet functional. I received the Skip Hop Chelsea diaper backpack as a baby shower gift, but I just had to purchase another one. The backpack itself is AMAZING. All of the compartments: the zippered "mommy pocket" in the front which has a special pocket inside for your phone (fits my iPhone 7 perfectly); the zippered pocket (left side) for bottles; the bottle pocket for water bottles (right side) that surprisingly holds my large hydro flask, the zippered pocket at the very back which contains the awesome changing pad the backpack comes with and the roomy main compartment which doesn't zip all the way down (FREAKIN' AWESOME especially if you're an overpacker like I am) and has two pockets within it that will fit diapers or whatever you please. I docked one star because the gray color looks ridiculously cheap in person. I returned and purchased the brown one instead. Definitely reccomend!
