Loving our FitBark2!

I purchased the FitBark2 back in February and love monitoring my 7 year old GSP's activity level and how many miles she puts on daily - especially when off leash. It's also neat to be see similar dogs and having the option to connect with fellow pet owners via the app. There's an entire FitBark community to be part of if one chooses to be! The FitBark staff are extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions regarding setup and daily use. Since purchasing, I've only had to charge the battery 1x. Attaching to a collar is easy and we are still on our original zip ties. I do have to be conscientious of making sure the rubber cover is pressed on snugly due to Rue running through brush/woods multiple times a week. Replacement covers are reasonably priced and available in fun colors. I know I'm not using the FitBark to its full potential but have been enjoying learning more about it as we have it. It's been a really great - and fun purchase overall!
The cover is the only downfall.

Love the fitbark but the cover is pointless. It was gone the first day never to be seen again. They should really create a hard plastic snap on cover. $5 to replace it seems rediculous as it'll just come off again. So I've been using it without it. PLEASE FIX THIS! App is great and customer service is fast. It won't link with a Samsung s3 health yet but will link with Fitbit, Google and jawbone. It's nice to see your dogs activity compared to other dogs.
Love Fitbark and haven’t had any issues at all!

I had FitBark 1 and enjoyed it. Bought Fitbark 2 over 4 months ago and love it even more. I just bought a second FitBark 2 for our new puppy. I don't write reviews often but this is a product that has become a part of my daily life.
There are many improvements over the first one. I'm not sure how long the battery is supposed to last but this has lasted over four months and still going strong!
I have not experienced some of the complaints that others are mentioning. If you attach the cover security it doesn't fall off. Just make sure all four corners click on. Our two dogs wrestle pretty rough and the cover has yet to come off. Also, the new zip tie attachment system is much cleaner and has yet to come loose or fall off. I hand wash the collar a couple times a month and just leave Fitbark attached. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to or not, but it hasn't caused any problems.
I have not had any problems syncing the device. We have a Fitbark base station in our home and I highly recommend it.
They also have a wonderful Facebook user group that post pictures of dogs and all their adventures that's an added bonus!

Great service getting monitors set up

I ordered 3 FitBark 2 monitors. I got the first one set up with no problem. Was having trouble getting second one to sync and setup. On the site there is a box that allows you to contact them. Let them know about problem and they immediately went to work solving it even though it was over Easter weekend. Solved issue and I now have a FitBark 2 on all 3 dogs.
Gives a great over view of activity and sleep patterns by each hour. One of my dogs will start licking paws when allergy season gets here so interested in following sleeping patterns as much of licking will take place at night. Will give me a good idea of when to begin allergy meds
Love the great battery life. Also am looking forward to be able to track swimming activity in summer as I do water therapy will all 3 dogs during summer. Monitor can be used in water. Also connects to my Fitbit so I can see my activity on FitBark app as well as Fitbit app
Service and ease of asking questions is very important to me and the techs and service reps were great and responded in a timely manner.

As always, FitBark comes through with another home run in their latest FitBark 2 model. The new design and battery capacity is awesome. Easy to attach and power up when needed. The support from Sara and team in un-parallel to others in this stream. The FitBark 2 is slightly larger than the original but it is hardly noticeable. As an individual that works in data analysis the ability to download you data for your own analytics is great. They provide great reporting for your dogs health, mileage, sleep and estimated calorie burn. Thank you FitBark for improving on an awesome product. I am looking forward to seeing what your team comes up with next.
