Used to cover water-damaged, warped vinyl tile flooring in kitchen as temporary fix until we can replace entire floor. Marble color was closest match to our floor. Package includes six (6) tiles, which is what I needed (photos). Mats are easily trimmed to sizeusing straight-edge and box-cutter (make multi-pass scoring on both sides for smooth cut). The included edge pieces allow for nice smooth appearance from all sides (photo). Better deal than similar Home Depot product which sells for $20.00 but only includes four (4) tiles. With this you get 50% more tiles (+2), for only 25% more cost (+$5.00), at an overall 17% reduction in unit price ($0.83). Only issue: front edge began to curl after a couple days' use, which is expected. I used double-sided carpet tape (photo) to correct - perfect!
Gets the job done but there is room for improvement.

I wish I could give it 3.5 stars, but I rounded up. The pads do as they're expected however there could be room for improvement. They're a little too slippery. Good luck not slipping while wearing socks on it. The wood graphics do not line up from square to square. I've found a couple that do, but I can't understand why they didn't design the graphics to make it look like it does on every single one. Doing so would help it look less interlocking. The edge pieces are a little too flimsy. My 12 month old son already discovered the edges and has pulled them up. That being said, I plan to order more because they do the job they're intended for.
Popup Camper Install
James Brune✓ Verified Purchase•May 27, 2018
I installed these in my popup camper, and so far so good. We only have one trip on them, so pretty early to say how they will hold up. They look good so far, and the padding is good for little kids and headers out of beds. I don't expect them to last forever, but I have 3 full tiles left over, so I can spot repair if needed.
Wedding Dance Floor Alternative
Whitney Setterberg✓ Verified Purchase•May 13, 2018
After receiving some ridiculously high quotes for renting a dance floor for my wedding in June, I began searching Amazon for another option. After spending countless hours searching and ordering other interlocking mats, I decided on keeping & ordering the Sorbus Interlocking floor mat. These mats look fabulous, feel fabulous, and are 1/3 of the cost of renting an indoor 300 sqft. dance floor.
Pros
1) Theses mats are waterproof but do not become overly slippery when wet. The liquid pools up for easy cleanup and doesn't seep through cracks, so I am not worried about spilled drinks or potentially losing my security deposit for the wedding venue (which is higher than the cost of these floors).
2) These mats do not slip on carpet or tile- especially when you increase the square footage being covered. If you are still nervous about this because you think your party will be doing a lot of line dancing or shuffling in the same direction, Amazon sells double sided tape that could adhere the Sorbus tiles down to carpet or tile. I am thinking my group will be just doing a lot of off-beat, bad dancing, so I am choosing on taking the risk of minimal tile movement rather than using adhesive that might ruin the venue floor I am trying to protect. Please note that if you tried to install these tiles over extremely cushion-y carpet, you are likely to have the interlocking tiles slightly separate. Thankfully, my venue doesn't have anything remotely close to shag carpet, so this really shouldn't be an issue.
3) These mats feel fabulous on your feet, especially when you are barefoot. Mens dress shoes, flats, and wedges do not damage these floor tiles at all. Stiletto heels or any fat heels do make marks/divots in the floor even with light use (not full punctures like some people have stated). When you have bare feet, the floor is a bit noisy as your foot pulls off the mats. This might be something to consider if you are planning on using these tiles in your house. Please note that these characteristics were the case with all foam interlocking tiles, not just for Sorbus tiles.
4) The assembly/ disassembly of these mats is a breeze. Please note that these mats are sent to you with 2 of the edge pieces assembled, which means that you can't easily assemble them with the "wood" grain flowing in the right direction the moment you unpack them. I would recommend that the moment you unwrap, remove all edge pieces to assemble the bulk of the floor and then go around to attach the edging. Also note that there are 2 types of edging - corners & straight. They are easy to tell apart, but I thought I would mention it just in case you are trying to assemble efficiently and quickly.
5) These mats do have a slight edge (3/8" thick). My parents were concerned about drunk people tripping (but let's be serious, drunk people could trip on a painted line), so I went ahead and ordered some "Rubber Transition- 3/8" thickness Tile/Carpet Joiners" I found on a site called Koeffler (cheaper than anything I could find on Amazon). These black rubber borders really make this dance floor look like the real deal when its floating in the middle of a room while also making it safe for drunk people who may be dragging their feet.
I will update with before/after pictures on the condition after a full night of 140 people dancing on them. I have already accepted that I am using these out of the scope they are intended for and definitely putting them to the extreme test. However, with how much money I will be saving over the alternatives of renting a floor or forfeiting my security deposit I am okay with taking this risk.

Not Worth It
Angela✓ Verified Purchase•April 24, 2018
Coming out of the packaging, they look great. They offer a decent cushioning and look good, hence, the two stars. However, they do not stay together, the interlocking parts all stick up, the mats themselves don't lay flat, they are slippery and unsafe, the edging is light colored and not dark which I didn't realize would look so bad, and when they crease at all it leaves a permanent crease. I have had them down for two hours and they are already more trouble than they are worth.
