I followed the mixed reviews on this product and decided to try them. Most said they didn't fit a 4x4 post. This is true, but only by a couple of hairs. A little knotching with a chisel and hammer, I had all 16 installed within an hour. Without knotching install would've been a third of that time. Super easy. Ladies, I tried using a block plane, but the chisel was much easier for me. It gets dark here around 6pm. A 2am trip to the fridge 🤫 the next morning I saw they were still shining brightly. Illuminated or not the fence looks so much better day or night I'm very pleased.

I got 2 for 4x4 plastic sleeve and they fit great, and look great. The other 8, I put on wood 4x4 and they, also, fit great. One out if the 8 didn't work but I took it apart and resoldered a loose connection, and now works fine! Very happy with this purchase. Makes a little light for the front and our deck, without turning big lights on. Highly recommend.

An 8-pack arrived promptly and with no damage. Installation was very easy--just pull the battery tab out and peel the solar panel wrapper off, screw the cap on top of the post and you're go to go. These lights are brighter than most. The only caution I have is these lights have that LED look to them---some people find it distracting.
