The handle on this thing is awesome. Solid (the metal has absolutely no give which is so satisfying), wonderfully polished and comfortable to use. The mesh--although slightly larger than I'm used to--is very efficient for straining cocktails and sifting through powders like matcha. It is worth saying, however, that If you're going to be putting force onto the mesh, that is definitely not what this strainer is for. For that, I would look for a strainer with reinforcing wires that support the mesh. Will definitely buy again should I ever need to. I will also be keeping the high quality box that the strainer came in!

I've gotten really into teas since working from home and bulk teas are definitely the more cost effective way to go for crazy tea drinkers. I was looking at all kinds of individual reusable tea bags but they had complaints of mold and seemed like a pain. Then I realized, Duh - I can just pour it through a strainer into my cup. So I got this little strainer and it works great! Super easy to just rinse it out after and it's got nice ergonomics as well (not that it matters for function - just nice). Love mine!
