not much of a baker from scratch and recently started baking my own keto breads and i use 1/2tsp of this to do so..
well while putting things back away one day, i though i've had this same little container for awhile now and so checked the date on it and hmm it expired in 2014...oops. needless to say it apparently still works years later even after opening it if not used the whole time afterwards cause i received new container today and my bread came out the same..
