I was planning to use these for a class project (for my students) at some point, so I ordered two packs. Well, let's just say the tiles were a LOT smaller than I anticipated. The tiles are about a 1/2-inch (~1 cm) long/wide. If you're going to do any mosaic projects of significant size--get two PER person minimum. The quality overall looks good and the tiles are nice shapes/colors. But I was not expecting them to be so small. Not really useful for a class project on a teacher salary.

I've used these glass tiles before but did not review them. I recommend these tiles for glass application for candle holders, turkish lamps etc. Colors are vibrant & transparent enough for light to through.

I bought these mosaic tiles for my kids so they could do their first ever mosaic project for the county fair, they also used some other tiles and stones along with these. They were much smaller than I expected but they turned out great and my kids really had fun creating their mosaics with them! In my opinion I think they would be better used for smaller projects. My kids used them for a bird bath and bird feeder both made out of terracotta pots so their projects were bigger ones, we placed them using tweezers!! Be sure to use a clear glue or one that dries clear if using any since these are transparent. I would buy them again if we ever need them again. Over all we were pleased with our purchase! Now, we can't wait to see what the kids placed in the fair and what ribbons they received!
