Great Product. This product alone has more ingredients than two of my normal sleep aid choices. Fist night I took this product I slept through the night like a baby. I would recommend to anyone struggling to sleep through the night.

As a long time user of prescription sleep aids I was skeptical if NuRest would help much. I took 2 capsules, the recommended dose. And did have an easier time falling asleep. I did wake up a few times on most nights which was still a big improvement from where I previously was. I decided to increase the dosage to 3 capsules and that became my magic number. Are use this every night with half of an Ambien tablet and I fall asleep quickly. My doctor says Ambien degrades one's memory over time, which is why I only use 1/2 of an Ambien tablet with this product. I find this product on its own does not put me to sleep, but then I have chronic insomnia that I inherited from my mother who also had a hard time falling asleep.
