Besides the instant coffee, the herbal ingredients contain ginseng, tongkat ali and misai kucing. The caffeine and the ginseng will keep you going for a while without the jitters of regular coffee. I don't care much for the creamer as I prefer my coffee black. The creamer probably helps to mask the taste of the herbs. These herbal coffee products from Indonesia always have creamer added. However, the creamer contains hydrogenated vegetable fat so I couldn't give it five stars.
