Had a last minute flight and needed a carrier so my little dog could ride in the plane cabin "under the seat". This one fit the airlines specifications and my pup. I like the two access points and was able to easily check on pup during the flight. She basically slept the way way and sat quietly while being carried in it through TSA and the concourse. Never used the shoulder strap- seemed like it would can't the carrier to the side and the pup, too. Just used the handles and was fine. Only draw back was that the carrier was smashed so tightly into its shipping box that I had a hard time getting it to "unfold" and maintain its shape. The top of it kept wanting to sink down and the sides collapse inwards. I had to tug on it repeatedly to keep it from smashing pup. Took a star away from review for this reason. Maybe more time with it opened up before having to take and use it would have helped, but I didn't have that luxury.

Bought 2 for my girls ( 1.5yr old cats 5-7lb range) for the vet. Great quality materials super easy to clean. Sturdy base board has a removable cover for laundering. Sturdier then others but will narrow at top if your fur baby sits in a corner whilst in it when carrying. Looks more like a quality piece of luggage 🧳 👌

Lightweight, spacious carrier that I would highly recommend. I bought the medium size and it easily fit under Southwest Airlines seats. The carrier strap didn't dig in my skin and the bag slid onto my luggage, which was nice. Would recommend this bag and will update this review should something major happen with the bag.
