Best tasting and smelling ghee I’ve ever tasted,

I like to use ghee because it's fat-free and a healthier choice than butter. I've tried regular ghee and brown butter ghees and much prefer the taste of brown butter ghees. However not all brown ghees are tasty and I cannot abide the smell of regular and some brown ghees. Tin Star brown ghee is the exception. Tasty and doesn't have that off-putting smell of other ghees, I like it. Don't miss butter at all. I use it to cook and frequently pair with olive oil. Just wish Tin Star sold their product in grocery stores.

I am allergic to casein in dairy so needed a dairy free ghee. When I found Tin Star made a brown butter ghee which was gluten free, casein free and from grass fed cows from New Zealand, I had to try it. This brand is delicious! I've ordered it twice so far and now am ready to go with the subscribe and save delivery plan. I recently started eating a carnivore diet and saw that people were making brown butter bites with butter. It's super easy to make the brown butter bites with this ghee (no cooking involved)....just take measured scoops and flatten them on wax paper and freeze them.
