The price is right, but the quality is disappointing. The first use was cutting a #10 steel screw. The wheel was very aggressive half way through the cut, but then became slow. It appears that the cutting edge of the wheel became smooth rather quickly. I thought these wheels would out last the regular wheels 10 to 1 with out the fly apart problem. Never know without trying.

Can help to make initial grooves into a moist geode easily. (A small chisel might me necessary to finish the job) If the crystal buildup is not too thick, it will be able to cut clean openings. They fit dremels, and my black and decker. Worked well for what I put it them through and I think they have a lot of potential in other jobs. Would recommend.
