Great Product, Great Bargain, Great Service

These tapes worked perfectly in my Brother p-touch printer. I couldn't ask for better performance.
And the price is WAY better than what Office Depot was charging for "official-name-brand" tapes.
The deciding point for me, though, is that from what I read in the reviews, the "name-brand" company doesn't answer emails, or make things right, should a tape malfunction, (which I'm guessing they occasionally do). Greateam, on the other hand, has a responsive, supportive customer service department, and that's even more important to me that saving the money . . . although the tapes really are a bargain. and that's important too -- especially considering how many labels I'm going to need! (My first set worked out so well, I've already ordered 7 more tapes from Greateam.)
