If you have a 42mm, read this.
This is one of the few non-Apple sports loop bands that comes in a width that is made for a 42mm. All the other 42mm after-market sport loops bands appear to be the same width as 38mm, just with a larger lug.
The band itself is good. The sport loop bands that stretch (this one does) are light, very comfortable, and practical (they handle water very well). The lugs are metal in this band. I wish this brand came in more colors that are matched to space gray watch. I liked this one so much that I bought my wife a sports loop for her 38mm from another company with more ++ reviews, but it isn't quite as good as this one.
I'm sure there are a number of other after-market sport loops that are this quality, but this is the only one that I could find that was made to fit a 42mm. I was about to quit searching and order at 38mm width one with 42mm lugs, when I came across this one. Glad I was patient.

Perfect band for the Apple watch

I just got an Apple Watch Series 3 and wasn't wild about the band that it came with. I cycle, hike and run extensively so I wanted something that was comfortable on my wrist and didn't chafe. I'm real happy about how this has performed so far. The band is easy to install on the watch itself and the velcro is holding up great so far. It looks exactly like it does in the picture.
This band is far more comfortable than the vinyl bands that come with the watch from Apple. I've cycled about 100 miles so far with it and there are no chafing or red marks on my wrist from it even though I'm sweating and moving around. Bonus that this is so much cheaper than what Apple sells their cloth bands for. This doesn't look cheap and keeps my watch on at all times at the tightness or looseness that I prefer.
It's also easy to put on. If you're an individual who has RA or other joint difficulties, this would really work for you (my Mom had RA so I'm always judging things by how agile you have to be to use them). Putting it on only requires pulling on the strap and hooking it to the other strap. Another feature I like is that the band doesn't ever slip through its eyelet so you'll never have to worry about trying to thread the band through anything. It has a stop that prevents that.

After speaking to the company, the band I reviewed had a defective side and they were able to fix the discrepancy very easily and without hassle. Definitely great customer service! I change my rating to 4 stars on how well they held the problem and fixed the issue with my defective band.
This band is intended to slide onto your watch like the original Apple band. Unfortunately for some odd reason on end of the band will not lock into place and keeps sliding back and forth. I have a 38mm Series 3 Apple watch and this problem may just be the one I was sent is defective. I am returning it and looking for something better on the market.

I got the shell color. It looks great with the aluminum face. I took a risk because other similar looking bands slip out easily according to the reviews and I assumed these were all made by the same Chinese manufacturer. But that's not the case, because other brands of this have plastic brackets that insert into the watch joint.
The band dries quickly. It is much lighter than virtually any other type of band offered for the Apple Watch. Sporty but also muted, so it works well as professional office wear.
The part that clicks into the watch body joint is made of metal, so pulling on it does not make it pop out of the joint. It's sturdy.
The Velcro works well for me, no issues with the hold or security. The Velcro is in oval spots (not one long piece of Velcro) just like the official Apple band.
No complaints at all.
No amount of pulling on the watch makes the Velcro slip off or the brackets pop out. That's key.

I have a small wrist and a 42mm watch. The silicon band provided by Apple gives you 2 sizes, but the sports loop only comes in one. When I tried the loop band at the Apple store, the strap end overlapped the watch. Not the case with this band"”there's about 1/4 inch to spare. No problems attaching to the watch; both sides slid right in and feel very secure. If I want to be extremely picky, I see some imperfections in the weave but they are very minor. A great value if you're looking for an extra band.
