I've been wearing tape ins for almost 8 years and do them myself. This hair does not shed terribly and is consistent from top to bottom. The color I use (18/613) matches what's shown on my monitor. I found the tapes held well enough but I also take mine out after 4 - 5 weeks and throw them away. At this price point, I don't deal with the hassle of retaping them. The only negative is that the seams are thick so they have more of a tiny bump than I like if you run your hand over the top of them on my head. I have purchased 2 sets and will purchase more.
