Let me start off by saying this is a 5 star swingset as far as features and quality, but I am giving a 4 star review because of the assembly.
The negatives- The directions are unclear and even incorrect in spots. One page said to use a certain part in the parts list and then showed a different part in the illustration. Nothing is labeled. My husband and father-in-law had to measure everything. It took two grown, handy, well-educated men over 14 hours to assemble. Be careful if you have the monkey bars. The directions will have you assemble the clubhouse portion completely without mentioning you shouldn't do that if you are adding the monkey bars. They had to disassemble some of it in order to add on the monkey bars.
The positives- This swingset is very good quality. The wood is sturdy and all the parts came undamaged. It has all the features we were looking for (slide, swings, rock wall, monkey bars, picnic table, clubhouse) at a nice price point. My daughter absolutely loves it.
Before I purchased, I had read the reviews stating about the confusing instructions and the time needed to assemble. We knew what to expect a bit in that regard. It's all true. Excellent swingset but a pain in the rear to assemble!

Instructions are hard to follow and the wood pieces are not labeled. Definitely recommend laying everything out ahead of time. Also we were missing some pieces here and there in which we contacted the company directly about, and they said they would send out the missing pieces. It was put together over a couple weeks by one person but two people would definitely make it go faster. The slide is long and fast. The opening is a bit small that leads to the monkey bars but I'm guessing it's a safety precaution so no one accidentally falls while inside the playhouse. We did also have issues with the top of the roof not lining up so it left a 2 inch gap at the top. The company recommended drilling our own holes to have them meet but we may just buy a piece of wood or metal to cover it rather than taking it apart which would be a pain. That being said, the set itself is very sturdy. My kids are loving it so far.

The assembly would have been easier if the pieces were individually labeled "¦(maybe with a removable sticker?. It was time consuming and a bit challenging to have to keep checking the printed directions and double check we were using the correct pieces. It took two men two half days to complete the assembly.

Great value for the money. When we ordered this playset on Dec 10th, the estimated delivery was Dec 22 - 27, but it arrived on Dec 20th. My father-in-law and I assembled most of the tower portion on the 21st, and my nine-year-old daughter and I finished assembling it the next day. Instructions, which included two pages just for (1) a diagram and measurements of the screws, nuts, and bolts and (2) a diagram with description and measurements of all of the pieces, were clear and easy to follow. We separated the two diagram pages from the instructions for quick reference. The playset arrived in several boxes very logically laid out, and the diagrams explained clearly which box contained which piece.

After assembly, we were impressed with (a) how sturdy this product was and (b) the quality every part of the product, from the screws and bolts to the wood they sent to the slide and swings. The manufacturer did not do this on the cheap. This thing is made to last. Our kids and our extended family and friends are already having a great time with this playset. Best purchase of the year!

I will preface this review with the fact that I hired landscapers to assemble it, so I have no no idea how difficult that would have been.
The wood is very solid, it's more aesthetically pleasing that other sets I've seen and most importantly the kids LOVE IT.
