What's not to like. Mild flavor. If cooked right (just slightly rare for me) it is amazing. No major spicing required, just some salt and pepper with a touch of butter on top. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. This is not a fishy tasting fish.

I usually don't even need to season this product or add oil when cooking. My recommendation is bake it or air fry it in baking paper, maybe add salt or pepper, no need of anything else. The fish tastes great on its own

The Chilean Sea Bass was very good and flavorful especially under a Miso Honey glaze. Downside is the amount of bones in my piece of fish. Also the section of the fish is not consistent since I will get a cut from the middle and then a cut next to the tail with hardly any flesh. The taste is fresh and that is why I continue to purchase this.

My absolute favorite fish, but alas, very difficult to find in a landlocked state/city. Found several online sites that carry this fish but add in the shipping cost and it's too pricey. Luckily, I discovered it through Amazon
Whole Foods and it was simple, arrived quickly, saved me alot of money. The sea bass was delicious, buttery and tasted fresh. Superb fish, thanks Amazon.
