Make sure you pay attention to the sellers instructions. My piece was very close to square but it obviously had been cut from a larger piece. It was the size as described.
That being said it was perfect for my application.

I used the Firestone RUbberGard sheet for a flat roof repair project. The thickness and strength of the material is great. I had some rubber sheeting left, so I used it to replace a wheel well shield in my truck. So far no leaks or tears in either project. A bit pricey, but a very durable and hight quality product. It's been approximately 7 or 9 months since I installed the RubberGard.and everything is holding together.
