Returned this item for one reason. The slot that runs the length of the pad where the bar goes in does not seal/cover. My current squat pad has a velcro fabric flap that overs over the the slot. This small feature is key for comfort. Add the flap and I would buy and keep.

This is great, takes a lot of the pressure off the neck and should from the bar but not to thick as to take away from control. Thought this was a really good product. Some maybe would like a couple straps to tighten it on the bar but it works great for the type of lifting I'm doing.

The product is well built. I have had an issue with it popping off during use, twice. If it rolls, it can fall off as there is nothing to secure it in place. Maybe a velcro flap over the top or something to seal the gap when attaching it to the bar would fix this.

This item works really well for heavy squats for sure. It'll last about 3 years depending on use. The purchase price is awesome. It came in really fast. This particular piece is a Christmas gift for my workout partner so it won't be opened until then, but I don't forsee any issues with this product.
