Nice quality, great deep green color, just fits - but it fits! I'm kind of a hip-centric person with narrow shoulders so the fact that I can get the zipper up on a Medium when I weigh 160 pounds is super cool. I love the headband I bought separately as well! This will make a very, very nice New Year's Eve tribute to the 1920s outfit this year.

Excellent dress!!! Beautiful! Well made! Has a little stretch! And oh so gosh darn comfortable!!!!! Jewelry is beautiful and well made! The only thing I couldn't wear are the elbow length gloves "¦ I have abnormally long fingers and they simply didn't fit!

This dress won! I bought about 10 from Amazon, in various styles and sizes, for a 1920s themed New Years party. I bought this one in size Medium. I am 5'7", pear-shaped, and approx 125 lbs. This dress hid all the bad spots of my body, and looked fantastic. The beading and sequins were lovely, and although fragile (as these details usually are), they held up wonderfully all night long. I hope I have many more occasions to wear this dress.

For all the failures I'm about to list, I still highly recommend this dress! I'm just being thorough.

It was a tad too low-cut at the chest. I'm a size B, so maybe it'll fit more busty women very well. It almost hung off the tips of my shoulders a bit strangely, but obviously that wasn't a deterrent. Generally, it wasn't form-fitting, and it wasn't too loose.

Now, it should be noted that I was attempting to get an accurate-to-period fit, which is more loose than a modern fit. So, do keep that in mind. But, I also didn't want to look frumpy. If you want a modern fit, buy a size smaller (Small, in this case).

The fringe hangs below my knees, and is in two layers (which I feel added a lot to the look), but the red lining only goes to my lower thigh. Keep that in mind when you're sitting! Cross those legs at the ankles... The materials were not stiff, and gave while in the process of sitting or rising. Last, but not least, the zipper was a necessity for getting this on and off! Luckily, I was able to _carefully_ get it on and off by stepping into it (I had my hair done hours before).

This dress was for a roaring 20's gala and was perfect! I was surprised by the quality and the fit! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Great Gatsby style dress!

I must say I LOVE this dress. The only issue I have is I listened to too many of the other purchasers advice and ordered a size larger. If you think you wear a Large, ORDER A LARGE lol.

That being said, the quality of this dress is MUCH higher than the price tells you. I ordered this dress last minute for a NYE party and was complimented all evening. I got the dress in the Champagne color and it was beautiful! I was worried about the dress being see-through as it was a little while on the hanger. This was a quick fix by wearing a nude color cami underneath and it was cold outside so I have on black pantyhose. NO see-through issues for me!

If you are concerned with the sizing, take your own measurements with a tape measure, write them down, and compare them to the size chart. I am top heavy, with a slimmer waist, with a bigger rear end, and muscular thighs, so I was worried about the large not fitting and I listened to other buyers lol. Other reviewers are very helpful, so thank you all for that! In my case, ordering the XL was a mistake, as the XL was too big, but it was very comfortable. If you want a more form fitting fit, measure and order your normal size. If you want it a bit looser, and not showing off your shape, go a size larger.

I got this dress in 2 days and was very happy with that. I highly recommend buying a dress from this company!!
