The chiller arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Very sleek looking and quiet. Directions state that to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit, you hold the set button. That is incorrect. You have to hold the light button. That was answered in the ask a question section about the product.
The only real issue I have is that it took 48 hours for the chiller to reach the temperatures I set in both regions. That seems like too long of a time to reach your temperature setting.

I love my new wine fridge! It keeps my wines at the right temperature. It is quiet and looks awesome. The only downside is that it only holds regular shape bottles. So some of my fancier bottles I have to chill in the fridge. I got one without the handle so it sits flush under a counter top. It arrived very well packed & quickly.
