These are perfect! I cook many recipes from Bobby Flay, and he always uses a crazy amount of chiles that I can never find at my local supermarket. I always buy this brand when I need to use ancho chiles because they are super fresh and flavorful. They always make recipes taste amazing :)

These chilis are so much better than what I can source locally. They are dried for storage and transport but not so dry that they disintegrate when you handle them. The flavor is fantastic. Definitely a new favorite brand. I used these in a pot of pozole.
