I like these patches for the fact that the adhesive does not bother my skin. I had been using KT tape with a small hole in the middle (as suggested by Abbott) but it made me itch bad! So I got this bag of patches. Love the shape love the adhesive. Dislike that the hole is so big. ultimately one side of the sensor always comes out of the middle and i feel like it may come off. I purchased the ones that are shaped similar to this but with no hole in the middle and will cut a small hole myself. I think that will fit the bill. Overall this is a great product for people with sensitive skin. But the hole on this one for me is just too big.

This patch is amazing. I was having trouble with my Libre getting stuck on seatbelts, door frames, rubbing against my bed sheets, getting caught on bra straps, you name it, it probably happened and at least contributed once to ripping a Libre off my skin. I saw these on a Facebook group for the Libre and decided to invest. I haven't had a Libre rip off since (granted, some of that is Libre's forcing me to be more graceful). I love that these come in fun colors (and "Caucasian" nude, if you want it to blend in). I have super sensitive skin (IV 3000 gives me a rash), I'm not having any adverse reactions to the adhesive on these patches (everyone is different, though, so I suggest doing a test spot) I can usually get one of these to last 8 out of 10 days, sometimes more if I use IV prep wipes, before the patch rolls up or falls off. Definitely a good investment for me.

I had to wear a sensor for my doctors office awhile back. After 4 days it pulled out of my arm. I bought the patch to see if I could get a longer life with the sensor. This patch works great. Day 10 it was still going strong. Minimal lifting on the edges. (Added a picture of before/after) I had very little skin irritation when I removed it. (Picture right after I removed it before removing the sensor) After an hour you couldn't even tell where it was placed. The only thing is I did need assistance putting it on. I had a hard time trying to get it around the sensor one handed. I do wish I could get multi colored packages.

Simpatch is by far one of the simplest and best inventions in the medical world. When I first began using the Libre system, I lived in fear of two things:
1. The sensor coming off on its own (the adhesive capabilities had mixed reviews) was a top concern, along with the more mundane and unavoidable trials like water, sweat, sun etc.
2. The sensor coming off because I bopped it on a door's frame or bed and so on.
Thankfully, the Simpatch mitigates both these issues by providing a more solid base upon which the sensor may stand, so to speak. The only downside is that it can get a bit painful peeling it and the Libre sensor off, but also further underscores the sophistication and strength of the glue.

Long lasting

Great and long lasting with minimal to no irritation. It also comfortable and fluid. It will last the Libre's 10 days of reading so to make sure it stayes put. You want that because you don't want reapply and risk lifting the sensor with it. It may fray a little but thats expected.
Application is cumbersome since application has to happen on the back of your upper arm. If anyone has any life hacks on this let me know. I am trying to get an applicator going from design to make my life easier. Hope it works. Until then its asking for help.
