Works, but each of us in family had different reactions so far: works for pain and sleep, one person seemed to drowsy in morning and had hallucination type reaction, but pain gone-so guess you'd have to try it before you know what reaction you may have.

These work wonders at night. I always get back pain in the middle of the night, I currently have a terrible mattress. I take two of these before bed and I sleep well and I do not wake up in the middle of the night in pain.

Naproxen is arguably the best and safest OTC NSAID. Benadryl is the safest OTC sleep aid. Put them together and it helps you sleep. I take one, but might add another if I'm still awake at 2 AM. You could do the same mix cheaper with generics, but easy is easier.
