Since I've had no choice but to give up all dairy and gluten from my diet, I've searched high and low for good cheese alternatives. What complicates things further is my husband, he can still eat everything, so it can make it more complicated to feed us both being that my diet is so restrictive and his isn't. But this sauce makes things much simpler. I've used it to make chicken alfredo, which really tastes very similar to jarred Alfredo sauce. One day I was craving beef stroganoff, and my husband loves hamburger helper, so I used this with gluten free pasta, hamburger meat and dairy free shredded cheese, it was so yummy and hubby didn't know that it wasn't hamburger helper! This makes life much easier for me! I'm a lifetime buyer for sure!

I first tried this at my local Meijer and was floored by the taste! So delicious, no dairy whatsoever! Creamy and salty. I love baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese but needed an alternative since I became vegan. My local Meijer was sold out quite often so I discovered Amazon sold this in huge cases and at a fraction of what I was buying it for at the store. Win win!
