Dug into the hard pack dirt/gravel driveway. Used it on pavement and it was easy enough for what we got.
Worked better than dolly costing twice as much

A friend let me try his $1,600 elec trailer dolly from some Harbor Frieght-like warehouse, but it couldn't move my 27' trailer, 600 lb tongue weight, ~5700 lb dry trailer up our sloped drive. It bogged down and the tires would spin. even though it was rated for 10,000 lbs.

The Trailer Valet XL moved the trailer up the slight incline without a problem, even across some broken concrete without a hiccup - see pictures. I had my doubts about how stable and safe it would be but it was rock solid. Be careful when you release the brake, as the hand crank will spin rapidly if you don't have a firm grip on it.

The solid tires did leave some marks on the concrete, but I don't care. And I moved it with just the hand crank. because I didn't receive the socket or spanner. The socket is just a 5/8 square bar. I think the socket and spanner must have fallen out because the box was damaged in shipping . Hope Amazon/mfg will send missing parts. This dolly will pay for itself in less than a year since now I don't have to pay to store my trailer.

UPDATE: Contacted Manufacturer and they sent missing socket and spanner. Nice folks to deal with.

You really have to tighten the coller up seems to require a little time getting use to connecting once done you will notice the tires gripping. I use the hand crank then switch to a drill once I verify everything is in order
Did the job

This work very well with the exception of it does not pull on much of an incline. Also if you are using it on gravel it can be challenging. Overall it was a great purchase.
Excellent way to move a trailer

I purchased this to move a 8k travel trailer with a 900lb tongue weight.
I wanted to put the trailer reversed into the space where I could not get with my truck
using my 20v drill this was achieved easily. when my drill power died the hand crank was very easy to turn and the trailer was moved into place within a few minuets.
