I live in an area where using chilies and seasonings are very popular. In fact, it's not unusual to go to my local market on a Sunday afternoon and find people selling tamales. Which are always wonderful, by the way. However, I could not find these particular seasonings anywhere for some reason. So when I saw these, I picked them up right away. They are varying degrees of heat and are perfect with the dishes that I cook. Plus, they are good with salsas too!
