Update: After posting this review the seller contacted me to offer me a full refund and to explain that the rain suit is meant to fit big in order to wear layers underneath. Alisa (the customer service rep) was prompt with her emails and I received the refund within a day.
I would suggest ordering one size smaller than needed, even with layers my daughter would still be swimming in this. Since it is too big, she hasn't worn it outside yet, so I don't have a review on the durability or quality.
Original Review: I purchased this is size 12 month... you can literally fit 2 one year olds inside this thing. It's so big! It looks more like 2T (it does say 12mo inside though).

We LOVE these rainsuits! They have transformed "bad weather" days for me and my 3 year old twins. Now we're out for walks, enjoying deserted playgrounds, and stomping through puddles no matter the weather. We've even worn these over snowpants and coats for waterproofing on slushy/muddy winter days. My kids are having so much fun, and I am too!
Especially great features:
The elastic strap on the bottom of the heel helps keep these tucked into boots.
The double zipper in the front makes it easy to get on and off of squirmy kids.
The hood is large enough to also cover a hat and the visor provides good rain coverage over the face.
The fabric seems to be holding up well to active play - we've had falls and lots of rolling around/crawling in the mud and it's still in great condition!

It is too large for my 6 months old but my slim two year old wears it! And the baby will grow. It is an amazing, well done suit. I wish I coukd buy a similar one for the baby but they don't have small sizes.
