So far so good. Haven't used it in the water yet but my Bernese has already started to take to the tone function. I'd recommend watching some YouTube videos on the training. Only have it 4 stars because I haven't had it long enough to rate its durability.

This is the best of the best training collars! I have purchased several other training collars in the past and the shock feature of all of them stopped working after a few tries. This one works great even after using it for a long time. It's very reliable and works from a long distance. My dog is a lab and swims with it on and it does not effect it. This is the only brand that I would trust! We love it!

I thought this was a good product, until the collar malfunctioned and continuously shocked my dog at a high intensity (and me while trying to get the collar off) until the battery died without out any way of turning it off. I would have been happy with obtaining a refund and a replacement. But the warranty information and contact information for Banne is conveniently not available.

We have a rescue pup that has spent the first 4 months of her life in shelters or was taken home for a few days and returned. She was a bitter and jumper. This collar has allowed us to reward her with the bell and use the vibrate button as a warning. We have rarely had to shock her more than once for a bad behavior. We have the power on 2 which is very low. She is becoming a wonderful dog and loyal companion thanks in part to this collar. We were very close to the frustration point not knowing what to do with her. Great product which is holding up well. No problems.
