I ordered this product a week ago, and it sucked... why? Well, it leaked everywhere! I got a replacement, and it also leaked. I contacted customer service to see if this was a design flaw or if I just got two bad apples from a good orchard. I guess it's the former. Ally from customer service was perfectly lovely and offered to send in another replacement as well as an additional one. Definitely not needed 100%, but it'll be great for getting my friend to join me to the gym too! Glad to say this means the bottle not only will help me mix my drinks without waking up the family in the morning, but also help someone else live their best life. It's expensive (maybe even overpriced), but it's a quality product and solidly built compared to my blenderbottle which makes that rattle when you shake.

Smaller bottle says 12oz on the side, but as a whole with lid attached, can hold 20oz if filled with lid on.
Larger bottle says 20 oz, but with lid attached can hold 28oz.
So if you want the small bottle, don't be confused when you see it say 12oz on the side.
The review videos I saw all use the large 28oz bottle. Just to clarify it so when you go to shop for it, choose the larger one as it will hold more.
I'm brand new to the workout scene so I was kinda put off by this.
Customer service is amazing, they responded almost immediately after I sent them an email. We're working through how to resolve the mixup that Amazon can't fix from their page.
Haven't tested it yet but will update as I go.

Talked to their customer service through their website and they were extremely helpful and understanding of my confusion. Super helpful company that responds almost immediately to inquiries.
Tried it for our pre workout powder I'm amazed the smaller one has enough vortex to mix the product so effectively and easily. Couldn't taste any powder without a mixing ball.
Will test the bigger 28oz when it arrives.

This company has my loyalty, I will never buy another companies blender bottle. I purchased two 28 ounce blender bottles and was excited to get them. The bottles have a nice design and cool cap colors. They're not lying when they say it works well, left no grittiness or clumps, I've used it with several different combinations of liquids and powders and it never failed to amaze me how well it works. In regards to they're amazing customer service, I reached out in regards to one of the bottles, and they were more than willing to help and addressed it head on first, offered to send me a new bottle and refund the one that had gotten messed up due to the combination I used in one of the bottles. They were very transparent about the issue and informed me that it was an issue they were actively working to rectify. Companies like these are the reason I have no problem buying multiple items from them when I probably only need one. Great job HELIXðŸ'ŒðŸ¾
