Could never get this product to pair correctly and multiple attempts to contact company for further assistance was no help at all. Tried buying new batteries and re-pairing the devices, but this prove confirm my initial concerns regarding this product as cheap and unreliable. I will have to purchase something else now b/c I am no longer eligible to return this product. Buyer beware.

Remote works perfectly. Easy to program. You must have original instruction booklet though. Thought I had lost my booklet, messaged the company asking how to pair my new remote, their response (even though I said in my message that my booklet was missing) was to tell me what page to look at. Nothing more. Product itself is fantastic. Customer service is a bit lacking.

This works great, but the plastic hoop broke within the first week of keeping this on my key ring, which makes it a little inconvenient to find in my purse on my way in the house. BUT, the alarm works great and it is affordable peace of mind after our home had been broken into twice in less than 3 months.
