Product was delivered in perfect condition. The design I created was on the product just as I saw it on the preview. The example it shows makes it seem as if each line can be a different font, but once you are designing what you want written on the barrel, there is no option to have different fonts.

I ordered this product as a gift for a friend who loves it! There was an issue with the order (no fault of the sellers - appeared to be an order issue with the app) and I had to send it back. Since this was a time sensitive issue, I requested expedition. The seller customized the product again and sent a new one out right away. Not only is the product great but the customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend this product. The only issue I had (which again, think is an app based issue versus a seller issue) is that there is no place in the order form to enter specific notes. That would be helpful for customized products.
