This was purchased for a Whiskey and Cigar 50th Birthday Party. Very unique since it was personalized. This would've been perfect if the color would've been a bit darker. The only two flaws to me were the base/stand looks really cheap and it is not clear coated, also the spout covers the bottom line engraved so you can't really see what it says.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the custom charred oak barrel with a fully custom logo as the engraving. When I received the barrel it was all the right information engraved, but not the logo which I intended. Initially I jumped to conclusions and thought that the seller would argue about it with me placing blame on me, however they didn't they immediately processed a replacement barrel so I could change the item I received for the actual item I requested. I am happy with the final product. Now to age some whiskey. I've soaked the barrel and it sealed up nicely all I have to do is put the whiskey in now.

Once again, I gifted this barrel from this company to a another friend based on my personal experience with their barrels.I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever, but I keep buying barrels from them because they seal, the char is just the right amount for aging whiskey and tequila, and the quality of construction is pretty good on a small barrel. I would recommend this product.

I ordered this product as a gift for a friend who loves it! There was an issue with the order (no fault of the sellers - appeared to be an order issue with the app) and I had to send it back. Since this was a time sensitive issue, I requested expedition. The seller customized the product again and sent a new one out right away. Not only is the product great but the customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend this product. The only issue I had (which again, think is an app based issue versus a seller issue) is that there is no place in the order form to enter specific notes. That would be helpful for customized products.
