Stopped working after a few months.

The sound quality was never great but then after a few months it just stopped working altogether. Tried to reach out for warranty and tech support, but no response.
Great for midsize conference rooms

Product is plug and play. It works well both in my home office, and in a mid-sized conference room with 8-10 people. Speaker is loud and mic is clear. Be aware that when I use Microsoft Teams, the mute button on the speaker doesn't mute the mic, you have to use the one in the Team application.
It's small, and super portable, but there's some sound quality sacrifice for taking up less room in your bag.

Plus: It's small. Palm-sized. My coworker saw the case and thought I had bought a new set of Bluetooth earbuds, because her Bluetooth earbuds have a nearly identical case. She was amazed it was a USB speakerphone, since the ones we have at the office ( Jabra Speak 410 USB Speakerphone for Skype and other VoIP calls (U.S. Retail Packaging) ) that we use for Google Meet are much larger -- nearly twice the diameter.

Minus: Sound quality is not as good as the aforementioned Jabra that we have dozens of where I work. I expected it not to be as loud -- it's a smaller speaker, so that's reasonable -- but the echo cancellation hardware still isn't quite as good. I'm not sure if that's due to an inferior chipset or a lack of multiple microphones located on different sides, or what.

If you get one that has an obvious echo, as if you were just using your laptop's built in speakers and microphone, it's defective. The first one I received was defective and had a horrible echo, but the seller offered to send a replacement immediately. The second one definitely doesn't have the obvious echo (I tried them one after the other in the same Google Hangout call, and the other end definitely could tell me which was the old defective one and which was the new one), but they did say that even the new one wasn't perfectly clear like the bigger speakers. More like most of their sentence was being squelched properly by the echo cancellation, but just the beginning of the first word was making it through.
Great device but issues with calls

TLDR: great mic; great speaker, not so much for phone calls

Being in quarantine I got this because my computer speakers weren't too strong and I was worried that continued max volume might weaken them. The device was great at first especially for Zoom but when I used it with another work specific video conference program, the people I was on the call with mentioned there was a lot of feedback on their end.

After sometime I noticed that the speaker was getting much lower in volume than my own computer speakers. I thought it was connected to the bass volume but nothing in my volume controls could fix it.

Also when you press the mute button on the device, it doesn't indicate that in the video conferencing platform so there have been some times when I had to double check in the middle of a call.

I did try to continue using it as a microphone only and I was told I was coming through clearly so definitely recommend it for that use. Also, for non video conferencing calls purposes (I.e. video streaming) it's great! It's for this that I decided to keep it but I usually unplug it and switch for headphones when on calls.
Awesome speaker phone

Just an update and not a huge issue. the micro USB cord that came with the speakerphone apparently went bad and every time I moved it the speakerphone would turn on and off as did the blue light. No big deal I just used a different micro USB cable and all is good so just be aware that the cable that comes with it may not be the greatest otherwise great speaker phone great purchase you won't be disappointed.

This is an awesome speakerphone anybody that's considering moving from a headset to a speaker should get this.

I have it plugged in USB to my laptop and I use it for both teams and Mitel soft phone and it works great for both.

the only thing is the mute button sometimes you have to hold the speakerphone with one hand to push the mute button to mute but that's about it otherwise it's just awesome everybody says the call quality is just perfect
