This item was way too small. I purchased another similar item, same brand, same size and it was a little snug but this was almost impossible to get on. Name brands in this size have fit perfectly and even a little large, to compare. Also, while the fabric looked as pictured, the sequin part was less than half as tall as the picture appears, relative to the rest of the outfit. The whole body of the outfit was very short, while the top was really big around. This is just a light cotton type fabric with a looser threadcount, not high quality athletic fabric like the more expensive name brands. Two stars instead of one because of free returns on this item.

Adorable, true to size (ordered 5-6 for a 4-year-old who wears size 5), nice quality. I washed as soon as I received- delicate cycle in washing machine- and it didn't shrink or stretch, didn't lose any sequins. This is much better quality than outfits I've ordered through her dance studio for twice the price and the lavender color is exactly the light purple shade required for her class.

My granddaughter loves her new ballet dress! She doesn't do itchy well, so the silky feel of the skirt is so much better for her than scratchy tulle, and she loves the bling of the sequins on top! The straps are a nice fit too. There's a little gapping in the back, but it leaves growing room. Very very pleased. We haven't needed to launder it yet so I hope it holds up under the delicates cycle.
