This is a great addition to a carrier for additional warmth or protection from the elements. This is NOT thick. It is relatively thin, but it does provide protection against wind and rain. When it's very cold, I use a one-piece coat underneath for the baby. When it's cold, I use a jacket. It's easy to use, although I often bypass the back clip because it stays attached on the carrier straps (there are fabric pieces that you clip around each side) and then tick her feet in. The back clip is uncomfortable for me and a pain to get off and on.

The hand warming area is nice for me during particularly cold weather when I don't have gloves on.

I use this when I go out on walks with my baby it also can be attached to you baby car seat. It's thought out and well made. It's not to thick where it's makes it hot for your child but warm and comfy.

Literally the answer to my biggest problem for babywearing - nothing windproof, weatherproof AND hands-free! And POOF comes the proof! Straps easily to any baby carrier, I have both the MiaMily and Ergo 360, works like the charm on both. Win #1: HANDS FREE! Win #2: It's quite long, I have a 9 month old who's 90th percentile for length, and I still have a mile between her dangling kicking little feet and the bottom corners. So I sometimes tuck a blanket, or a diaper or two in the bottom pouch. WIN. Win #3: IT DOESN'T COST A HEARTBREAKING $50 like the Ergo one. Okay that may be relisted as Win #1. It's soft, it's lightweight, it squeezes pretty well into a diaper bag, and you can use it on a stroller like a bunting. Now if only they make adult sizes...

This is the perfect cover for our baby over our Ergo baby carrier.
It has a bit of a windbreaker feel & a soft fleece feeling linning. It won't be the only layer needed for the winter, but it's the perfect outer layer over her clothes & coat. (Also perfect for fall)
I really like that it has elastic around the bottom, so her feet are covered. It has a generous length, so it will work as my daughter grows!
The clips that attach around the carrier at the shoulders are a little small, but have held up well. I do appreciate that there aren't bulky.
It's nice that it has a strap to go around my torso, so the wind can't blow it off of her.
The hood is a good size & removable, which is perfect!
I appreciate the soft linned hand pocket for me on the outside of the coat!

It's great as an infant carrier cover. The only negative is the elastic bottom easily slips too far & so you have to be cautious/ make sure to pull it up before latching the car seat into its base. One easy way to avoid it is to just tuck the cover under the babies feet- not under the bottom of the carrier.
I looked for awhile at many different expensive covers & decided to give this one a try.

Perfect for cold weather in addition to our LILLEbaby carrier! This is just a cover and you will need the carrier. It attaches nicley with clips that can be adjusted on top (2) and a strap to go across the back of person whom is carrying all to hold cover in place. BackBaby/tot can sit forward facing or inward with cover. This is a midweight cover perfect for a top layer or main layer for fall. Not quite thick enough alone for winter in the Midwest. I've wash it and hung dried it twice and didn't have any quality issues. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!
