Durable, powerful and Lightweight!

Charged this up 2 days before our trip to Crater of Diamonds state park and went to hunt for diamonds. We set this up under our canopy and it really helped save us from an oppressive heat (felt like 112 F). It lasted on full power for 3 hours. It is light weight, easy to adjust and very sturdy. It's also water resistant so it was perfect to go along with our misting water bottles. This fan pushes a lot of air and several people commented on it and were sorry they didn't have one of their own. I am extremely impressed with this fan and would highly recommend it.

I do a lot of camping with my 3 son's and the Boy Scouts, and most of the time it's hot and muggy so we enjoy having a fan to move some air.
I have tried the big and bulky ones and the small compact ones, this is by far the best one we have ever used !!!
This fan is small enough to take anywhere and delivers a huge amount of air flow.
It is all metal construction ( even the blades ) so I'm sure it will hold up for a long time.
It is extremely quiet even on high.
Two of my favorite features are that the fan speed control switch is variable and can be adjusted down very low which is nice inside your tent at night when you don't what a fan blasting you out all night, also even though the rechargeable battery last a long time and make this unit very portable, there are times when we have access to plug in power and this fan can be used while plugged in and it is still charging the battery.
Also you can charge your phone or any other device with the USB out port.
Some might think this fan is "pricey" but I have spent way more than the cost of this fan on ones that didn't hold up of didn't deliver.

This says Geek on the label, but it should say GENIUS! Holy cow, does this thing move some air. I wish it had a little longer battery life, but it is what it is. I bought this to use in my van when we are at dog events. I have been using the cheap-o fans that use replaceable batteries in the past, but those are kid stuff compared to this one. If you run it on high it will go about 4 hours. Use a little less power and you can make it go all day. I used it about 6 hours the last time out with no problems. Maybe the product could be improved by being able to charge it via USB charger.
That would be fine if the bottom end of the rheostat drew 0 ...

I will be sending this one back. The switch is a simple rheostat that doesn't have a click-to-off function. That would be fine if the bottom end of the rheostat drew 0 watts but this thing doesn't turn off. Turned all the way counter-clockwise, it just continues to run at low speed, drawing down the battery. The instructions also say not to leave it plugged in to charge for an extended period of time. That tells me the battery and electronics are pretty low tech stuff. It also means the battery will suffer if it is used most of the time as a normal plugged in fan. The switch issue may just be a defect but the other issues make me leery of this fan overall. On another note, the manual was obviously written in English by the Asian manufacturer. Why can't importers at least proof read their manuals?
It appears well built and has some nice design features as you'll read in the specs

The earliest review is only months old so how long this little workhorse will last is unknown.
I use this little fan when I'm sitting outside (we live in Atlanta) in my screened room or if I'm working on something in the yard and will be in one place for a period of time. We will also use it at outdoor Jazz festivals we attend.
It throws a large volume of air but due to its small size you'll need to direct that carefully. It appears well built and has some nice design features as you'll read in the specs. I liked it so much I bought another one so my wife and I each have one at the summer series of outdoor music festivals. She can control hers as needed...so can I.
