Ordered the blue dolphin and it was just same as the picture! Also it was all set up so we don't have to do anything. Its a gift and i am sure the baby is going to love it. Only a thing i didn't like is the packaging. It was torn and had a big hole outside. Could have damaged the toy! Otherwise we love everything about this.
