I used it once so far and the warmer is great but the wax that it comes with when putting on would get cold quick so when put on it would crack and boy what a pain and very painful. So the I warmed it up more and blew it a bit and to be able to spread it I would burn myself just to be able to spread it. It's my first time and only done it once on my under arms so I'm going to try again.

It melted the wax rather quickly and doesn't hurt, but I have to agree with a previous review where it didn't grab my hairs well. I grew tired of trying and stood with a couple patches. I'll be trying a different wax brand with this warmer next time around. I also thought it would come with at least a collar or two.
The melting pot is great for the price but I recommend better quality wax beads

The melting pot works very well and the wax beads melt as expected but do not grab hair well enough for me to use it effectively. It removes about half of the hair in the application area easily but does not seem to grab the hair like the wax they use at a salon. Maybe I am doing it wrong but I have looked up many directions and it seems like the wax just does not adhere to all the hairs
